Description

The Franciacorta Pas Dosè of Cavalleri is a deep, rich and complex sparkling wine; it is produced with 100% of selected Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards situated on the hills around Erbusco. It shows a straw yellow colour, with some green reflexes, with fine and persistent bubbles. Its smell is fresh, with elegant, soft, floral and fruited aroma, in addition to hints of linden, white peach, vanilla, yeast and bread crust. The taste is instead intense and crisp, characterized by pleasantly freshness and persistence, too. Thanks to its balance, the Franciacorta Pas Dosè of Cavalleri is perfect if served as fresh appetizer, or in combination with fish courses, crustaceans and molluscs.
