Riesling "Vibrations" Domaine Vignoble du Rêveur 2013

The Riesling “Vibrations” of the Domaine Vignoble du Rêveur is a white wine with a very strong mineral nature and is produced with Riesling grapes from the district of Bennwihr with biological and biodynamic methods. Bottled with a minimum amount of solphites, it shows a beautiful pale straw yellow with golden reflections. At nose it develops mineral scents, vegetable and fruity hints, with notes of apricot and apple. Endowed with a good freshness and acidity, with a good body and structure, it combines perfectly with fish dishes, white meats, oysters and salmon.

The French winery Vignoble Domaine Du Reveur was recently born in 2013 and it is conduced by Marcel Deiss and his son Mathieu. The vineyards are located in the city of Bennwihr, on land of quaternary gravels, favorable for the production of fresh and young wines. Today the company is known in all the world for its special white wines, produced with biological and organic methods.
