Champagne Brut Nature Ayala

Champagne wine really fresh, produced without the add of sugar; it shows a wonderful, brilliant straw yellow colour, with some green reflexes. The smell emanates elegant perfumes of mature white fruit, citrus fruit, white flowers as jasmine and chamomile: these smells are in perfect harmony with those of yeast and bread crust. Its taste is dry, but at the same time balanced, crisp and mineral, endowed with pleasantly freshness and good persistence. This Champagne wine is perfect if drunk as appetizer, or in combination with fish starters, sea food rice, row fish, fresh cheeses.

Champagne Ayala is one of the biggest cave in the area of Champagne founded in 1860 in Ay. Since 2005 it is of Bollinger family, and today it proposes excellent and high quality wines in a limited quantity. Ayala represents the ‘haute couture’ of Champagne.
