Chablis "Les Lys" 1er Cru Daniel Dampt 2014

The Chablis Les Lys of Dampt is a Chardonnay wine that is produced with Chardonnay grapes that come from wine yards cultivated in the earth of Bourgogne region, in France. This wine presents  a good straw yellow color with green reflexes and the smells are ample and full, floreal and rich, with fruit scents and honey notes. The taste is dry, fresh andharmonic, with a good length on the final. Characterized by the  typical mineral taste of Cablis wines, this wine is perfect if drunk with fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.

The property consists of 30 hectares of vineyards, while every wines of the estate Dampt are bottled and produced in the domaine, and this means that all the wines are obtained by cultivated grapes in their vineyards. The purchase of powerful and modern instruments has allowed this cave to increase its bottles’ production, that today is equal to 150.000 bottles each year. The main purpose of Daniel Dampt is to underline the excellent characteristics that only the Chardonnay is able to show, if it is cultivated on the famous Kimmeridgien clay.
