Its permanence in cave for almost 24 months gives to the Franciacorta Brut Il Mosnel sparkling wine refined little bubbles. In the nose it develops elegant, soft, fresh and fruited perfumes, in addition to hints of mature white fruit, white flowers, vanilla, yeasts and bread crust. The taste is intense and velvety, at the same time fresh and persistent. The Franciacorta Brut Il Mosnel is perfect if drunk as appetizer, or it is able to accompany various platters based on fish, some other types of fish.
