Dolcetto d'Alba doc Lodoli Ca' del Baio 2020

The Dolcetto d'Alba is a typical wine of the Piedmont tradition; the result of the interpretation of the company Cà del Baio is a simple wine with a ruby red color with violet reflections; the nose is intense and vinous, with fruity hints of cherry and wild strawberry. Dry, harmonious and with a good acidity, this Dolcetto is perfect to drink in combination with tomato pastas, salads and roasted white meats.

The Grasso family manages the Cà del Baio winery for four generations. Nowadays the company is managed by Giulio and Luciana, together with his daughters Paola, Valentina and Federica, who with passion and experience play different roles, from work in the countryside, in the cellar and up to the marketing of wines. Cà del Baio winery owns 28 hectares of vineyards in the area of Barbaresco and Treiso, both with typical Piedmont vine variety and with vine variety of international origin.
