The Langhe Nebbiolo R.L. by Cà del Baio is a fresh red wine, highly drinkable, obtained from a selection of Nebbiolo grapes sourced from various vineyards characterized by their young age. With a beautiful garnet-red color with ruby hues, it develops a fragrant bouquet on the nose, with prominent notes of dried flowers, geranium, and raspberry. On the palate, it is dry and warm, slightly tannic, balanced, and smooth. The Langhe Nebbiolo R.L. from Cà del Baio is perfect to enjoy with ragù pasta, beef carpaccio, and medium-aged cheeses. Serving it slightly chilled enhances its pleasantness.

The Grasso family manages the Cà del Baio winery for four generations. Nowadays the company is managed by Giulio and Luciana, together with his daughters Paola, Valentina and Federica, who with passion and experience play different roles, from work in the countryside, in the cellar and up to the marketing of wines. Cà del Baio winery owns 28 hectares of vineyards in the area of Barbaresco and Treiso, both with typical Piedmont vine variety and with vine variety of international origin.
