Pinot Nero "Loriè" Bricco Maiolica Accomo 2003

Red wine with an own and great personality, that is the result of Beppe Accomo’s passion for the experimentation: in fact, he has planted the Pinot nero, great wine typical of Burgundy, in a territory really favourable for the Nebbiolo’s cultivation. This wine presents a ruby red colour, with some reflexes, while it reveals an intense and fruited bouquet, with smells of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry, together with vanilla. The taste is full and soft, with a long aromatic persistence: for these characteristics, it combines with meat’s starters, typical salami of Piedmont, roasts, first courses and medium seasoned cheeses.

The cave is situated in Diano d’Alba. Since 1928 the growth of this winery has been continued by four generations, that with an hard work and passion, serve in a good way, following the tradition. Today this property counts 21 hectares of vineyards, where the producers cultivate them in order to obtain rare yields and healthy, ripe grapes, by respecting the environment: in fact there no are used. Bricco Maiolica Accomo shoots for transfer, if possible, the character and the personality of the family from the vineyard to the glass.
