Bramè Barbera d'Alba doc Deltetto 2021

This is an elegant Barbera that takes its name from the typical dialectal expression of Piedmont, “bramè”, that means to wish. This wine has an intense ruby red colour with yellow-crowned nuances and great perfumes of cherry and vanilla, mature blackberries. It is endowed with a good structure and acidity, and it is perfect if served in combination with flavorful first platters and second courses based on meat.

Since 1953 the Deltetto cave produces high quality wines of Langa and Roero. It is settled in Canale and established by Carlo Deltetto: the philosophy of the cave has as purpose the respect of nature and of the great Piedmont’s tradition of wine. Now the winery is managed by the son of Carlo, Antonio, together with his wife Graziella and their sons Carlo, Cristina and Claudia. There is a various and complete production, which includes red wines of the tradition as Roero Braja, Barolo Sistaglia, Barbera Rocca delle Marasche, and Barbera Bramè, but also white wines typical of Roero as Arneis San Michele, Arneis Daivei and Favorita Servaj.
