Description

The Alta Langa Blanc de Blancs by Marcalberto is a classic method sparkling wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested on the hills of Cossano Belbo. After a long refinement on its yeasts in the bottle, it shows a beautiful straw yellow colour with golden reflexes and fine and persistent bubbles. In the nose you can perceive a bouquet of dried fruit, with nuances of toasted hazelnut and bread crust. In the mouth, it comes vibrant and sapid, characterized by a pleasant freshness. The Alta Langa Blanc de Blanc by Marcalberto is ideal to drink fresh in combination with vegetable risottos and fish starters; it is also an excellent wine suited for all courses.
