The Blanc d’ Blanc Brut of Cocchi, produced with selected Chardonnay grapes, shows a light yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is complex and intense, with notes of white fruits and light apricot. The taste is fresh, rich and equilibrate, with a great structure and soft perlage. It is perfect if drunk with snacks, fish courses, shellfish and fresh or medium ageing cheeses.
