The “Totocorde” Altalanga of Cocchi is a sparkling wine produced from Pinot Nero (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) whit classical method. This wine has a good golden-yellow color, a great and elegant prelage. The bouquet is ample, floral and fruited, with notes of hazelnut, caramel, yellow ripe fruit and sweet citrus scents. The taste is fresh, rich and equilibrate, with a final of hazelnut and raisins. It is perfect if drunk with snacks, rice with seafood, fish courses and fresh cheeses.
