This is an elegant Sauvignon Blanc, it shows a wonderful and brilliant straw yellow colour with gold reflexes. Its smell expresses intense and complex aromas, with floreal marks like thorn tree, linden or elder and fruity scents as withe peach. With a great structure and a balanced acidity, it's perfect to drink in combination to main course made with fish, Spring omelet made with beet tops and goat cheese. A likeable anecdote: they say that the Sauvignon better expresses, in taste terms, when there is high prssure!
