More info

Hermon Red is an Israele red wine made with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes grown on the Alture del Golan, the highest mountains of Israel where the cultivation of the vines gives excellent results. Vinified and aged in steel, it shows a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose develops an intense and composite bouquet, with fruity notes of cherry, raspberry and small berries. Soft and enveloping wine, in the mouth it is crisp and well balanced, with a pleasing crispness. With a long and persistent final, the Hermon Red of Yarden is perfect to drink in combination with stewed, roasted and braised meat. It is a kosher wine
