More info

Elegant and refined Champagne wine produced with Chardonnay grapes deriving from the famous Cote des Blancs, and Pinot nero grapes coming from Reims Mountain. This wine shows a brilliant straw yellow colour with some golden reflexes, while its bouquet is fresh and charming: in fact, it includes harmonic perfumes with characteristic hints of yeast and bread crust, exotic fruit and citrus fruit, peach and apricot, dry fruit. Thanks to these peculiarities, this wine is perfect if drunk as fresh appetizer, or in combination with fish platters, fresh cheeses and international platters.

Manufacturer

In Champagne wines’ world this cave occupies a particular place: in fact its history is connected with that of Champagne wine. It was established by Apolline Godinot in 1808: she was the widow of Nicolas Henriot, and she decided to sell the private Henriot Champagne, produced by her father in Bouzy. Today the winery includes 26 hectares of vineyards, and they are treated in an exacting way: in fact the cave uses the reasoned viticulture’s procedure.
