Elegant Champagne wine with some aromatic hints, and characterized by great personality. It presents a refined brilliant pick colour, together with persistent bubbles; its bouquet is various and complex composed by yeast and bread crust, floral and fruited scents of violet, cherry, blueberry and little mixed berries. This wine is also endowed with great freshness and good structure, besides a balanced and persistent taste. It is perfect to drink as appetizer or in combination with spiny lobster, salmon, typical Japanese or Oriental platters.
