More info

The Pinot d’Alsace of Domaine Vignoble du Rêveur is a white wine made from grapes grown in the district of Bennwihr using biological and byodinamic methods and bottled with a minimum amount of sulphites. At sight it shows a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its smell is fresh and aromatic, with hints of ripe white fruit, especially apple and pear. It is very pleasant and it is well balanced in the mouth, with a good acidity and softness. It is perfect if drunk fresh as an aperitif, or in combination with vegetable soups, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
