Description

The Torrette Superieur of Anselmet is a very refined red wine produced with a blend of Petit Rouge, Fumin and Cornalin grapes. After a period of aging in barrique, it shows a bright ruby red color and a fresh and fruity bouquet, with hints of red fruit, cherries and strawberries on a slightly spicy background. The mouthfeel is fresh, with an excellent acidity and a tannic ending. This wine is perfect if drunk accompanied with taglietelle with meat sauce, chicken hunted, sliced steak or vegetable soups.
