The Valdobbiadene docg Extra Brut Cuvée 0 of Col Vetoraz winery is a sparkling wine produced entirely with Glera grapes vinified in white. The wine shows a beautiful bright yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The foam is creamy, the nose develops elegant and fine, floral and fruity aromas with notes of rose, citrus, white peach and pear. Dry and round in the mouth, pleasantly fresh it is an excellent wine to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with starters of fish.
