The Roero docg of Tibaldi winery is produced by selected and picked by hand Nebbiolo grapes.
The aging happens for a long time in wooden barrels, in order to guarantee to the wine an excellent structure, aroma and softness. Characterized by a ruby red colour, it shows intense and complex scents, with a fruited bouquet, with hints of little wild strawberries, violet in addition to a lightly spiced ending. In the mouth, it is warm and delicate, with a right balance between tannins and acidity. The Roero of Tibaldi is excellent in combination with braised and roasted meats, but also with traditional first courses with important sauces.
The Tibaldi winery was born in Pocapaglia by Stefano Tibaldi who was able to give his love for this land through the generations. Today the management is in the hands of the young daughters Monica and Daniela who want to bring the Cellar to an international dimension. While the work in the vineyard follows traditional methods to guarantee naturalness and authenticity to the product, in the cellar modern technologies guarantee quality and freshness to the final products.
