It presents itself with a beautiful bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it develops intense and delicate aromas, with notes of rose floral, citrus, acacia, and fruity notes of white peach, pear, and apple. In the mouth, it is velvety, full, and elegantly aromatic. The Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze by Col Vetoraz is perfect enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or paired with seafood appetizers.
