Champagne Brut Special Cuvée Bollinger

This Special Cuvée wine is the result of Bollinger’s tradition: this kind of wine owns great personality and elegance, while the colour is a wonderful golden yellow one. Its perfume is aromatic and elegant, with some characteristic hints of yeast, bread crust, in addition to spices, mature and exotic fruit, dry fruit as apples and peach. This wine is refined and elegant, but at the same time fresh. Furthermore, it is endowed with good structure and softness: so, it is perfect if drunk as fresh appetizer on in combination with platters based on fish, crayfishes, grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.

Bollinger, one of the most famous and biggest winery of Champagne area has been created in 1829 in Ay. In its vineyards it includes three kind of wines, that rolled into one in different proportions, producing the famous Champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay wines.
