Description

Fresh, elegant, and unmistakably Piedmontese, the Langhe Arneis Montebertotto by Castello di Neive is a white wine that superbly showcases the character of this ancient native grape variety. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic profile, it offers a fragrant and refined sip, perfect for any occasion. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color with subtle greenish highlights. The nose reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, peach, pear, and citrus, enhanced by a mineral touch that adds finesse. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, and savory, with good persistence and a clean, harmonious finish that carries a slight almond note. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs gracefully with light starters, fish dishes, white meats, and vegetables. It also works beautifully with delicate Asian cuisine. Excellent right from bottling, the Langhe Arneis Montebertotto by Castello di Neive also shows great potential for aging in the bottle.
