Chardonnay Altkirch Colterenzio 2017

The Chardonnay Altkirch of Colterenzio is produced with grapes that come from wine yards situated in the Trentino Alto Adige region. It has a straw yellow color with green reflexes and with a soft, elegant and fruity bouquet, characterized from the typical exotic notes of pineapple and mango. The taste is harmonic, equilibrate and pleasantly fresh. It is perfect served chilled like aperitif or if drunk with fish courses, white meats, vegetables and fresh cheeses. 

The Colterenzio winery was established in 1960 by 28 wine makers, and in the course of the time more and more producers have added to them until the 300 of today: they work in a surface of 300 hectares. The quality of soils, as well as the wine of this locality was recognized around 15 before Christ., when Cornelius lodged there by laying the foundations for the Colterenzio vineyards. The cornerstones of the winery’s philosophy are naturalness, respect for traditions and use of modern technologies, in fact the three kind of wines that the cave produces, follow these ideas: there are classic wine, that people can drink everyday, Praedium wines, that are produced by Oltradige vineyards, and the great Cornell wines which have an enormous international value.
