More info

The Alta Langa Brut docg by Enrico Serafino is an excellent sparkling wine that ages three years on its lees before being bottled. At sight, it presents a shiny straw yellow with golden reflections and fine and persistent bubbles. At nose, you can perceive fragrances of honey, apple and pear on a slightly spicy background. On the palate it is characterized by good freshness and flavour with a long mineral final. Excellent to drink as an aperitif, it can be paired well with courses based on fish and shellfishes

Manufacturer

The cave is founded by Enrico Serafino in the far 1978 in Canale d’Alba. In the course of the time this cave, that at the beginning included only some territories, began to increase and then it became one of the best-known cave of Piedmont. Enrico Serafino decided to begin some modernization works in 1990, and since 2002 the wine is produced, by following these new techniques, from the grapes’ squeezing out to the bottling. The cave is specialized in the production of classical wines as Arneis, and Barbera, but Enrico Serafino’s cave produces also refined wines as Barbaresco and some sparkling wines, whose grapes derive from the territory of the Langhe.
