The Schioppettino of Dario Coos is a red wine with a great personality, which takes its name from "Schioppo", an ancient way to call the rifle, perhaps chosen to indicate its characteristic scent of gunpowder and spices. The wine shows a beautiful light ruby red color, while in the nose it develops complex and fruity aromas, typically spicy, with notes of ripe plum, cherries, spices and black pepper. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, medium bodied, slightly sapid, herbaceous and characterized by a good persistence.
