The Sauvignon of Dario Coos is a very aromatic and elegant white wine produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes grown in different vineyards in the DOC of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. After the manual harvest, the grapes are vinified in steel to enhance the minerality and freshness typical of the wine. The Sauvignon of Dario Coos at the sight shows a beautiful bright straw color, tending to greenish, while in the nose it develops a very intense bouquet, fruity and typically mineral, with hints of exotic fruit and pepper. The taste is light, well balanced, sapid, clean. The Sauvignon of Dario Coos winery is perfect to drink cool as an aperitif or in combination with hot appetizers based on fish, seafood risotto or grilled salmon.
