The Ribolla Gialla of Dario Coos is a fresh and delicate white wine, typical of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Obtained with 100% of hand-picked Ribolla Gialla grapes, which are fermented and aged in steel, it shows an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. In the nose it develops a delicate and fresh bouquet, floral and fruity, with notes of mountain flowers. in the mouth it is very well balanced, sapid and elegant, with a pleasing mineral note on the finish. The Ribolla Gialla of Dario Coos is perfect to drink in combination with fish courses, such as grilled fish, seafood risotto and shellfish.
