This structured wine is made up of 60% of Sangiovese, 20% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% of Merlot. It shows a light ruby red colour with fruited perfumes of currant, blueberries, blackberries, spices, sweet hints and vanilla. The taste is warm and soft, elegant with sweet tannins; it combines perfectly with platters based on meats, game, platters with ragu sauce, medium seasoned cheeses.
