The Jolie Philippe Gilbert is a fresh and lively Champagne made with Pinot Noir (35%), Chardonnay (35%) and Pinot Munier (30%) grapes.
It has a beautiful straw yellow color and a perlage fine and persistent. At nose it gets off pleasant smells of apricot and pineapple in addition to ripe citrus on the final.
In the mouth, it is fresh and complex with a well-balanced acidity.
With a long and persistent final, it is perfect if drunk chilled as an aperitif or in combination with fish courses,risotto with saffron, duck liver and crustaceans.

The Domaine Philippe Gilbert was founded in the heart of the Loire in Menetou-Salon on 28 hectares of property. The vineyards of this domaine, that is one of the most fertile in the region, give excellent Pinot Noir and Sauvignon grapes every year. The wines of the Domaine Philippe Gilbert are the product of innovative biodynamic farming techniques that give to the grapes freshness and complexity; the wines obtained are long-lasting and balanced.
