The Barbaresco Riserva Rio Sordo by Produttori del Barbaresco is a balanced and harmonious wine, produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the "Rio Sordo" vineyard in the municipality of Barbaresco. Elegant and medium-bodied, it is striking for its beautiful garnet red color with orange nuances. On the nose it expresses a varied and complex bouquet, with fruity and spicy aromas, on which nuances of violet, wild rose, oriental spices and liquorice emerge. With a rich and fresh flavour, ready and medium-bodied, it has silky tannins and a persistent finish. The Barbaresco Riserva Rio Sordo by Produttori del Barbaresco is perfect to drink in combination with red meat dishes, duck breast, feathered game and mature cheeses.
