The Barbaresco “Rabajà” of Bruno Rocca is produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from the cru “Rabaja” in the Barbaresco district. This wine has a great, intense and deep ruby red color. The aroma has an elegant and complex bouquet, with fruity smells of raspberry and cherry, and floral scents of dog rose and violet. The taste is intense and complex, full and pleasant, with soft tannins and great structure. It is perfect if drunk with red meat courses, game, juicy first courses and aging cheeses.
