The Barbaresco Riserva Rabajà of Bruno Rocca is an elegant and austere red wine, produced with the best Nebbiolo grapes cultiavted in the “Rabaja” cru in the Barbaresco district. At sight it shows a beautiful intense and deep ruby red color, with garnet reflections. In the nose it develops an elegant and complex bouquet, with fruity aromas of blackberry and blueberry, with spicy hints on the finish. With an intense and savory flavor, warm and enveloping, with soft tannins and good acidity, it is perfect to drink in combination with roasts or braised meats, courses with white truffles, aged cheeses.
