Description

The Langhe Nebbiolo “Fralù” of Bruno Rocca is a wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the youngest wine yards of this winery. After a refinement of 8-12 mounth in French oak barriques, the wine became elegant and harmonic, with a great ruby red color. The aroma has an intense, full and fruity bouquet, with strawberry, ripen cherry and plum notes.The “Fralù” has a good structure and important tannins; it has a pleasant taste, equilibrate and persistent. It is perfect if drunk with fresh pasta and meat sauce, roasted and braised meats and aging cheeses.
