Solaris Cucol Vigneti delle Dolomiti Kollerhof 2017

The Solaris Cucol of the Kollerhof winery is a white wine produced in the area of Mazzo,  in Trentino Alto Adige region. This white wine is made with Solaris grapes, a particular grape variety created in Germany. It has a beautiful, very intense straw-yellow color; its bouquet is varied and composite, fruity and floral, with notes of exotic fruit and elder. In the mouth, it is a fresh and aromatic wine, well structured. It is an excellent wine for those who want to taste a different product, even if paired with vegetables strudel, risotto with seafood or spaghetti with clams.

The Kollerhof winery is located in the province of Bolzano, in Egna city in Trentino Alto Adige region. Although it is a young demain, its proprieties are in the most prestigious areas of South Tyrol, such as the territory of Mazon, from which the most well-known wine of this winery takes its name. The Kollerhof is considered one of the most interesting wineries in the Bolzano province.
