The Recioto della Valpolicella Valpantena of Bertani winery is an excellent wine that is produced with Recioto grapes, the same with which Amarone is produced, grown on the prestigious hills of the Valpantena region. It is made with selected bunches according to their size (only the smallest are used) and their exposure to the sun. After drying on bamboo frameworks for three months, it shows a beautiful red color with purple shades; at nose it develops scents of red fruits, cherries and plums on a spicy background. In the mouth, it is sweet and enveloping, favoring a pleasant intense final. You can drink the Recioto della Valpolicella by Bertani certainly with fruit pies and traditional dry pastries.
