Soave Vintage Edition doc Bertani 2016

The Soave Vintage of Bertani, that was one of the first wine in Italy to have the denomination "typical and refined", is made with the best Garganega grapes of the Soave area. At the sight it presents a beautiful bright shining yellow with golden reflexes. At nose it develops is a floral and complex bouquet, with hints of white flowers, peach and apricot that you found on the palate. With a good flavor and a long and persistent finish, it is an excellent white wine to drink in combination with soups or white meats, or in combination with typical dishes of Venetian cuisine such as cod.

The cave arises in 1857 in Verona and it was established by Giovan Battista and Gaetano Bertani. The importance of this cave is that it was one of the first Italian wineries to understand the value of the wine in bottles: for this reason lots of investments were made in the vineyards, in order to bottle and export Italian quality. Today Bertani is a cave that places its wines in the world: moreover it includes vineyards abd caves of Valpolicella, in addition to some territories in the Garda’s Lake.
