The Alto Adige Chardonnay Festival of the Cantina Produttori Merano Burggrafler is a white wine made from grapes grown on the slopes around Merano, Scena and Lagundo in the province of Bolzano. After 5 months of aging on its lees before being bottled, it has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. In the nose it develops floral and fruity fragrances, with notes of apple and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is light and fresh, with a good flavour and a persistent final. We recommend to pair it with risotto and fish dishes.
