Description

The Alto Adige Riesling of the “Graf” selection of the Cantina Produttori Merano Burggrafler is a fresh and refined white wine, which after a period of 5 months aging on its lees shows at sight a beautiful yellow colour with shades of green. In the nose it gives off a composite bouquet, with pleasant fragrances of exotic fruits and ripe apples. On the palate it is well structured with the right acidity and a good persistence. It is perfect if drunk in combination with fish, shellfish or crustaceans and goat's cheeses.
