Description

Prosecco Extra Dry Superiore “Primario” by RUGEis the most authentic expression of Prosecco in its traditional and convivial style. Made from hand-harvested Glera grapes grown on the steep hillsides of Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, this Extra Dry comes from old vines cultivated with the utmost respect for the land. In the glass, it appears bright, pale straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it reveals a delicate yet vibrant bouquet, elegant and inviting: white flowers, green apple, Williams pear, lemon zest, and a subtle hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a creamy mousse and a well-balanced touch of sweetness that enhances its freshness and makes each sip effortlessly enjoyable. The finish is clean, fruity, and slightly saline—typical of wines born from mineral-rich soils. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with light appetizers, finger foods, raw seafood, delicate fish-based pastas, or a classic seafood fry. “Primario” is RUGE’s Extra Dry Prosecco that welcomes and seduces with its honest style, bright character, and irresistibly drinkable charm.
