Minéral Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2015 Agrapart & Fils Magnum

The Champagne Minéral of Agrapart & Fils winery is a sparkling wine of good structure produced with Chardonnay grapes cultivated in vineyards on average 40 years old, located in the municipalities of Grand Cru of Avize, Oger and Cramant and Oiry. It is produced with the Champenoise method with indigenous yeasts and it is refined in bottle for 60 months; it has a beautiful intense straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose develops a broad and fruity bouquet, with hints of apple, peach and apricot, on which stand out notes of honey and vanilla. The mouthfeel is fresh, mineral and savoury, confirming the fruity sensations perceived to the nose and being characterized by a long and persistent final. The Champagne Minèral of Agrapart & Fils is ideal to drink during an important aperitif or in combination with appetizers or pasta with fish.

The Agrapart & Fils demaine was founded in 1894 in Avize district, in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs, France. The founder, Arthur Agrapart had the dream of create wines that colud valorized the terroir. Nowadays the company is managed by Mr. Agrapart grandnephews, Pascal and Fabrice. The demaine has an area of 9.7 hectares between the districts ofOger, Cramant, Oiry and Avize. Agrapart & Fils is an innovative winery that uses a special vinification method: that is using separate grapes from each different vineyards for making wine with different identities and characteristics.
