The Champagne Terroirs Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc of Agrapart & Fils is a Champagne produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the best plots of the company. The vinification takes place with indigenous yeasts according to the Champenoise method. After an aging in bottle for 48 months, this Champagne shows a beautiful bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. Its aroma is intense, citrus and fruity with hints of peach and apple. The mouthfeel is fresh, sapid, elegant, mineral and characterized by a good persistence. The Champagne Terroirs Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc of Agrapart & Fils is perfect to drink fresh as an aperitif or in combination with sushi, fresh appetizers based on fish, smoked salmon or pasta with seafood.

The Agrapart & Fils demaine was founded in 1894 in Avize district, in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs, France. The founder, Arthur Agrapart had the dream of create wines that colud valorized the terroir. Nowadays the company is managed by Mr. Agrapart grandnephews, Pascal and Fabrice. The demaine has an area of 9.7 hectares between the districts ofOger, Cramant, Oiry and Avize. Agrapart & Fils is an innovative winery that uses a special vinification method: that is using separate grapes from each different vineyards for making wine with different identities and characteristics.
