Collio Ribolla Gialla DOC Princic Doro 2013

This is an elegant and exquisite Ribolla Gialla with a clear straw yellow colour and its smell presents a floreal and fragrant bouquet with mineral and weak balmlike marks. The taste is fresh and “sapido” with a persistent finale. This wine is perfect to drink served fresh or in combination to cold fish strarters, velvety cream and main course made with fish.

Doro Princic started the business in 1952, focusing strongly on the production of Pinot Bianco on the hills around Cormos, in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Nowadays the winery is managed by Alessandro Princic, that the Gambero Rosso Guide "I Vini d'Italia elected him the winemaker of the year in 2014. The wines of the Doro Princic winery are simple and traditional wines obtained thanks to: low yield, particular attention to work in the vineyard, no maceration for the white wines and only aging in steel.
