Charming and suggestive sparkling wine grown from selected Chardonnay grapes coming from “Maso Pianizza” cru, situated in the district of Trento. It presents a great straw yellow colour, in addition to golden reflexes and persistent bubbles; its bouquet is instead intense and fragrant and its hints of mature and exotic fruit are in perfect balance with those of honey, vanilla and white chocolate. So this is a refined wine, at the same time fresh and harmonic, with a great structure and refined persistence: consequently, it is perfect in combination with fish platters, some types of fish, fresh or medium seasoned cheeses.
