Ferrari Perlè Rosè Riserva 2015 (boxed)

The Perlé Rosé Riserva of Ferrari winery is a vintage sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), cultivated in its own vineyards and harvested by hand. Produced according to the Classic Method, with refermentation in bottle it is striking for its elegance and refinement. The glass shows a beautiful antique, elegant and fine pink color and persistent perlage. The nose develops an elegant and noble bouquet, characterized by an excellent structure on which stand out fruity notes of currant and berries. The taste is balanced, with excellent and persistent structure with a pleasant spicy note. it’s ideal to drink as an aperitif accompanied by delicious appetizers, savory cakes and fresh cheeses, or in combination with a fish first or second course.

The Ferrari winery originates from the dream of Giulio Ferrari, who wanted to create a wine in Trentino region that could be compared to the best French Champagnes. He began with the production of a few selected and of extreme quality bottles. Giulio Ferrari, however, had no children so he chose Bruno Lunelli, his friend and collaborator, as his successor. Thanks to his passion Bruno, managed to increase production without ever decreasing quality. Bruno Lunelli also passed on his passion to his sons Franco, Gino and Mauro, and it was thanks to them that Ferrari became the Italian toast par excellence. The company is still run by the grandchildren of Bruno Lunelli, who work every day with the aim of carrying on the great tradition of the winery.
