Description

Steinbock Riesling Zero Sparkling by Hofstätter is the sparkling version of the renowned Riesling Zero: an elegant, vibrant, and completely alcohol-free wine that combines pleasure, freshness, and style. Crafted from carefully selected Riesling grapes grown in the mountain vineyards of Alto Adige, it undergoes a delicate low-temperature vacuum dealcoholization process, which preserves the varietal’s aromatic and flavor profile without the use of additives. This process involves the physical (not chemical) removal of alcohol, utilizing reduced atmospheric pressure to evaporate ethanol at just 25–30°C, thereby maintaining the wine’s natural bouquet and aromas. In the glass, the wine presents a pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights, enhanced by a fine and lively perlage. On the nose, it reveals fresh citrus notes, green apple, and white flowers. On the palate, it is crisp and mineral, with a well-balanced acidity that provides structure and cleanness. The finish is dry, refreshing, and surprisingly long. Steinbock Riesling Zero Sparkling by Hofstätter is perfect for non-alcoholic aperitifs, special occasions, and alcohol-free toasts. It pairs beautifully with finger food, raw seafood, sushi, vegetarian dishes, and Asian cuisine. Absolutely worth trying!
