Fallwind Riesling doc St. Michael Eppan 2021

Riesling Fallwind by St. Michael Eppan winery is a fresh and expressive white wine made in Sud Tirol territory. It’s vinified with 100% Riesling grapes and discloses a bright pale yellow colour with greenish shades. The bouquet is intense, with notes of apricot, lime and mineral scents. The sip is sapid and fresh, mineral and well balanced. It’s a versatile wine, recommended with light fish courses, Asian and fusion cooking, vegetables or fresh goat cheese.

Founded in 1907, St. Michael-Eppan’s holding has charming historical walls, a modern and luminous area for tastings and it transmits the pleasure of the Mediterranean hospitality. In addition to the traditional and ancient wood casks, modern technology are used in order to balance tradition and innovation. Because of many years of experience and many experiments, grapes are transformed in excellent wines which well represent the region and the vineyards.
