Description

Aristocratic Brunello di Montalcino wine that is the result of a selection of grapes produced in Castelgiocondo estate, where altitude, soil and expositions create ideal conditions for this old vineyard. This wine presents an intense ruby red colour with some purple nuances, while the smell offers a precious and intense bouquet with hints of cherry, red fruit’s jams, blackberry, dog rose, violet, black pepper, cinnamon and licorice. It is warm and dry, but at the same time soft and elegant with a good structure, while it is persistent, too. This wine can be drunk alone, too, even if it gives excellent results with beef, red meats with important sauces, game, and important seasoned cheeses.
