The Pomino Bianco is a blend of di Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, made with grapes that came from old vineyards cultivated in the Castello di Pomino territory, in Tuscany. It is an elegant and fine withe wine, that shows a great straw-yellow color with some green reflexes. At nose, it develops fuited aromas of white fruits and citrus, floral hints of wild rose. The special fermentation that is made both in barriques and in steel, gives to this wine a great complexity of aromas. It ideal if drunk chilled as aperitif, or in combination with starters with vegetables or fish pasta and rice.
