The Arneis vineyard is an old one, cultivated in Piedmont. The Roero Arneis of Giuseppe Bordone has a straw yellow colour with green nuances, while its perfume is soft, floral, and remembers the broom, the chamomile and white fruits. It has a dry and harmonic taste, with a pleasant sour mark, that gives it freshness and balance. It must be served to 8-10° and it is excellent as appetizer, perfect in combination with fish starters, fish platters or vegetables.
